So Ill shaped the New Zero Shoe specifically for climbing challenging, overhung boulder problems. Its Dark Matter rubber sole is shaped into a sharp downturn all the way down to the toe for extreme aggression that most V13s demand. The ultra-thin midsole feels incredibly sensitive to help feel out micro footholds a bit better. So Ill made the upper out of an unlined synthetic with a rubber overlay that fully covers the toe to minimize stretch and maximize toe hooking.
